What is the purpose of the processing of your personal data:
RI GROUP processes your personal data primarily for the purpose of performing a contract or a possible contract with a RI GROUP, providing services to you or taking actions necessary to conclude a contract or start providing services (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) .
At the same time, RI GROUP may also process your personal data in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent upon it as the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the RODO). Sometimes RI GROUP processes your data for purposes based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO). In other cases, the basis for processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) and RODO).
The purposes for which RI GROUP may process your data due to legitimate interests are:
correct performance of contracts with contractors, including the provision of services for their implementation,
conducting any debt collection activities and conducting court and administrative proceedings,
settlement of contracts with contractors,
Providing your personal data is necessary for the proper performance of the contract, conclusion and provision of services for you. Within the scope of objectives resulting from legal obligations, data collection by RI GROUP is a statutory requirement. RI GROUP processes personal data collected from you only to the extent necessary to achieve the goals set out here.
Consent may be withdrawn by you at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the data processing processes which were carried out on its basis until its withdrawal.

suppliers of services supplying RI GROUP with technical and organizational solutions, enabling efficient functioning and management of the RI GROUP organization (in particular, ICT service providers, courier and postal companies);
RI GROUP contractors to whom your data may be transferred for the purpose of implementing contracts, for identification and contact purposes;
providers of legal, advisory, consulting, tax, accounting and supporting services of RI GROUP in pursuing claims due (in particular to law firms in debt collection).
